Stakeholder Positions Now Assigned

I hope everyone can see that I did my best to make this launch successful. However, we did run into some problems. Most everyone was very understanding and supportive.

Given the fact that the huge onslaught of visitors literally crashed my website and the fact that interested persons were told to stay tuned for updates by email, we did what we had to make sure the launch could proceed.

Given the hundreds of interested persons, website or email – there was simply no possible way to make everyone happy. I did the best I could given the situation- regardless what anyone thinks.

I did consult with Jack Spirko and others just before sending out the email (“plan b”) to get second opinions on the appropriateness of sending the payment link directly. ALL were in agreement, that it was because of the emails and pre-launch email list that the flood of persons hit and crashed the site and therefore it WAS appropriate to give those who signed up in
advance for advanced notification (as they were instructed to do), the advanced ability to buy directly.

Had the spots not been filled, the webpage would have been brought back up eventually, with the Buy button, and additional spots wold have been offered that way. But although we were on the phone with HostGator the whole time the site was down, it was not until sometime later when the site was restored- by which time those on the advanced notice mailing list had secured all the open positions.

I sent out all the emails to the stakeholders, but many of them went to spam and others just never made it.  I had PayPal set to NOT over sale, so if your transaction went through then it is pretty safe to say you are in. But here is a list of all the Stakeholders. I will be checking my list and updating information. Please make sure I always have your correct Name, Address and a Phone # to reach you at…this is important.
