The first week was spent heat treating and getting the shop in order and cleaned up. I had some help for the first week and that was nice. Here’s some photos to show you some of my progress in making the Limited edition Stakeholder’s Knives.
Sanding and final finish has to be done to the front of the handle before attaching it to the knife.
Handles attached and ready to start shaping.
Not bad for the first two weeks. Its really good when working with your hands to finish a week feeling like you have made some real progress! I can already see the finished product in my mind, and can’t wait to get them into the hands of their owners.
So cool!
Well done Patric. You are defiantly an inspiration.
Thank You
Looking good! I see a couple other sweet knives in your “circle of blades” picture near the bottom. All very cool.
Thank You, yeah I have a couple others I am touching up or finishing up along with this first batch
I didn’t make it into the lucky 100 but I still love watching your story and your artistry unfold. I’m really happy for your family. The knives already look awesome and they aren’t don’t yet HAHA. Fantastic man, fantastic. I cant wait to see the finished products and really hope I get a change to purchase someones future blade, should anyone pass on a buy.
Keep up the good work.
David,
Thank You, you don’t know how many emails I get of people upset how the launch went. I am glad I have supports like you and many others who the world hasn’t ended just because they didn’t get in 🙂 and I look forward to making a knife for you someday!
