What you didn’t know about the Stakeholder Auction

What you didn’t know about the Stakeholder Auction

What you didn't know about the Stakeholder Auction

For those who don’t know about the Stakeholder Program, almost 3 years ago I launched the Stakeholder Program to transition from a part-time maker to full time! It was a huge success, I sold 100 positions in 6 mins after crashing my website and sending out links through email. There were a lot of people who didn’t get a chance to get in. Many have been waiting for this opportunity to arrive. So when it did earlier this month no one really knew how much it would bring. I had guessed […]

Stakeholder Position

I know many have been waiting for this opportunity for some time, there is finally a Stakeholder position opening! I really didn’t know what to expect but I was stepping out in faith. The morning of the Stakeholder Launch finally arrived and I was standing by with my family, and some friends were on their way over to watch the progress. The launch was set for 9Am But before 9 o’clock rolled around the site was down! […]

ABS Bladesmithing Class Texarkana Arkansas

ABS Bladesmithing Class

I joined the ABS in March of last year, and I am currently working on getting certified as a Journeyman Bladesmith, and hopefully a Master Bladesmith someday. This last week has been packed with tons of information. I put together a short three min video of some of the highlights of this week. Jim Crowell is a Master Bladesmith and taught the first week of the class. He has been making knives for 36 years (almost my entire life :O ) and it shows. Six Years Ago My Knife Making Journey Began

Six Years Ago My Knife Making Journey Began

Six years ago I was leaving my family and boarding a plane to fly across the USA for the first time to learn all that one can in a one week Intensive Bladesmithing Class. I was to make 3 knives in my first week, a neck knife, kitchen knife, and then design and make my first custom knife. And now I am getting ready to do it again this time not across the USA, just a few hours from home. But this time it will be a two week class. Six Years Ago
